WESTMINSTER, Md. — MidAtlantic Farm Credit recently announced the hiring of Amber Rash as a loan officer. She will be based in the association’s office in Denton, Md., and will report to Wayne Richard, regional lending manager for MidAtlantic Farm Credit.
“Amber will made a great addition to our sales team,” said Richard. “Her knowledge of both Farm Credit and agriculture, in addition to her familiarity with our customer base, will allow her to provide quality service to our members and their families.”
Prior to her role as a loan officer, Rash was a marketing specialist for MidAtlantic Farm Credit since 2013. In her new role, Rash will work with current and prospective customers to help them find the financial solution that best fits the needs of their business. “I’m excited to take my skills from my marketing background and apply them to working directly with the customers to help make their operations successful,” said Rash.
Rash, from Harrington, Del., earned her bachelor’s degree in food and agribusiness marketing and management from the University of Delaware. She is currently serving as the President of the Delaware FFA Foundation, Inc.
