ENFIELD, Conn. — Farm Credit East’s annual customer appreciation meetings begin this month.
As in past years, these meetings are customer-focused, providing customers the opportunity to visit with Farm Credit East leadership and receive updates on their cooperative.
Over the next few weeks, Farm Credit East Board Chair Matt Beaton and Vice Chair Henry Huntington, along with CEO Bill Lipinski and other Farm Credit East representatives, will travel the northeast to meet with customers, discuss the current state of the Association and its plans to continue to best serve customers into the future.
Chair Beaton, Vice Chair Huntington and other directors will provide the Board governance report, including information on Board structure, operations and committees. CEO Lipinski will report on Farm Credit East financials and priorities and provide a Farm Credit System update. Farm Credit East continues to have strong financial results which have allowed for patronage, loan growth and the capacity to respond to customers’ needs through business cycles.
