WESTMINSTER, Md. — MidAtlantic Farm Credit has announced the hiring of Elizabeth Chandler as a loan officer. She will be based in the association’s Lancaster, Pa., office.
“Elizabeth’s knowledge of agriculture, combined with her past experiences in sales and marketing, will make her a wonderful addition to our sales team,” said Hannah Masser, regional lending manager for MidAtlantic Farm Credit. “We are looking forward to her helping our members grow their businesses and reach their goals.”
As a Farm Credit loan officer, Chandler will work with current and prospective customers to find the right financial solutions that will fit their individual needs. “I am excited to join the Farm Credit family and support the local agriculture community in my new role,” Chandler said. “I look forward to being a resource for the farming families in and around Lancaster County.”
Chandler graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness management and a minor in Spanish. Prior to joining Farm Credit, Chandler held a sales and marketing internship with DuPont Pioneer at Doebler’s, a regional seed company. While attending Penn State, Chandler worked for the Penn State Department of Ag Economics, Sociology, and Education, and served as the vice president of Penn State’s Collegiate Farm Bureau.
