TROY, N.Y. — Cornell Cooperative Extension of Rensselaer County is excited to offer an Animal Welfare Workshop for Law Enforcement officers and employees on Saturday, February 22nd at 10 A.M. at the CCE Office in Troy (61 State St.). This program will be tailored to those in this career field who are involved with animal welfare and cruelty cases.
Please join us as CCE Educators along with Sue McDonough, a retired New York State Trooper who focused on animal cruelty cases and a previous board member for the NYS Humane Association, discuss topics such as: observing an animal’s body condition as well as its surroundings and cases seen in Rensselaer County.
