COLUMBIA, S.C. — Farm Animal Day on June 22nd teaches about various animals and their roles on the farm. Visitors will have the chance to learn why a brooding hen is not the best for egg production.
The public is also invited to help care for the animals by feeding them. If you ever wanted to know what life like on a “one horse farm” during the 1900-1955, then come on down to the L.W. Paul Living History Farm where various events are held throughout the year to educate the public about what life was like at the turn of the 20th century. The farm is free and open to the public every Tuesday- Saturday 9 am- 4 pm.
