FEURA BUSH, N.Y. — Cornell Cooperative Extension and the Regional Capital Area Agriculture & Horticulture Program are pleased to present this year’s Fall Round-Up Grazier’s meeting on October 11, 2023 at Stanton’s Feura Farm, 210 Onesquethaw Creek Road, Feura Bush, NY 12067.
This year, our Fall Round-Up focus is on raising pigs outdoors on pasture, including operation variations and management. We’ll view the farm’s pig operation with the owners of Stanton’s Feura Farm. Ashley McFarland of Cornell’s Central NY Livestock team will discuss pig nutritional requirements and Aaron Gabriel of the Capital Area Agricultural and Horticultural Program will perform and discuss a soil health assessment.
The cost to attend is $10.00 per person.
