MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. — Join Master Gardener Volunteers of Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County to “sharpen” your gardening skills at a virtual presentation on Pruning, Tuesday, October 5th from 7:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. on Zoom.
Come and learn how to enhance the beauty and vigor of your shrubs and trees. Fall is the perfect time to get started! Join Master Gardener Volunteer Cecelia for this informative Zoom session in which she presents pruning in an easy-to-understand manner while removing the mystery of caring for your plants. Once you can identify how a plant grows, understand the purpose of pruning, and know proven pruning techniques – pruning is easy! Cecelia became a Master Gardener Volunteer in 2014 and enjoys sharing her love of the natural world.
We offer our gardening classes on a sliding scale. There is a suggested fee of $10 per participant, but our classes are also free for those who cannot afford it.
