PAXTON, Fla. — The Walton County Extension Office will host a beef cattle seminar and dinner on the evening of Thursday, September 15th. It will be held at the Paxton agricultural Complex 21972 Hwy 331 Paxton, Florida. Presentation topics will include: reproduction efficiency, and pasture fertilization efficiency. Registration for the event will start at 5:30 pm central and the dinner will start soon after at 6pm. Registration for the event is $10/person at the event. Earlier in the day, there will also be an opportunity to learn about the Akaushi cattle breed and network with cattle breeders and buyers.
