FARGO, N.D. — Epsilon Sigma Phi, the Extension Service honorary organization, presented awards during the North Dakota State University Extension Service/Research Extension Center fall conference held Oct. 24-27 in Fargo.

- Bill Davis, acting state director for USDA Rural Development, who has been a strong advocate and partner with NDSU Extension through joint projects, conferences and activities throughout his career
