DELTA, Colo. — The Colorado State University Tri River Area (TRA) Extension will present four workshops that are designed to cover the ins and outs of Agritourism. This workshop series will take place on January 29, February 5, February 12 and February 19 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm each night in room #234 of the Delta County Courthouse. Current and potential producers from all segments of the ag industry will benefit from this four-part series on agritourism.
The workshop series will be hosted by TRA Extension Agent, Kelsi Seymour and CO Agritourism Association board member Kelli Hepler. The workshop series features industry-leading speakers from Colorado State University, Colorado Agritourism Association, Colorado Department of Ag Markets Division, Rocky Mountain Farmers Union and more. The Agritourism Workshop Series will cover topics including intro to agritourism, legalities and insurance, marketing and advertising, special events, and partnership building and the CRAFT program.
