SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Aside from the numerous vendors that contribute to a great New York Farm Show in Syracuse. The Beef Area in the Toyota Building is an area you don’t want to miss.
Take a break from all the walking and enjoy a Delicious Hot Beef Sundae served up daily by our New York Beef Producers and Junior Beef Producers. They will be available Daily from 10:45 until sold out.
Daily presentations on Thursday and Friday will cover topics of interest to include:

- “A Beef Calves Next Stage Of Development- Why Preconditioning Is SO IMPORTANT”
- “The Beef Connection- Cow/calf, Feedlots, Slaughter Facility- How It All Works Together and Why Each Entity Needs The Other”
- “Beef Keep It On Your Table” Beef is a preference of taste to most, but all Beef is Beef. Keeping our Protein on the Plate.
On Saturday our presentation are solely done by our New York Junior Beef members. These Juniors are the future to the Beef Community. Take a few moments to hear them speak on Beef Related topics.
We will have a live Beef animal display for you to connect with farmers. Don’t be afraid to ask them a question or two. Many Beef Breeds will be on display and different Beef Breed information will be available for you to take home. Also, many delicious Beef Recipes and related Beef information.
