This class will cover all aspects of establishing and managing healthy forages in north Florida. Topics will include soil testing and preparation of planting, selecting perennial warm season forage varieties that fit your operation, fertilization and weed control. In addition, there will be a discussion on planting both warm and cool season forages so that your pasture can be productive year-round.

The registration fee is $10.00 (pizza will be provided).  Participants must register online by September 8^th.  There will be no refunds for the registration fee.
