Saturday, 5/14 10:00 am – 1:30 pm Join Future Harvest, Common Grain Alliance (CGA), and Taste of Jubilee/Green Sprig Ag for a workshop on growing local grains with a soil health mindset. The event will feature demonstrations by soil health agronomists and tips to manage shifts in planned land use. We’ll tour the farm with 5th generation farmer Daniel Austin, owner/operator of Taste of Jubilee/Green Spring Ag, who currently serves on CGA’s Board as Co-Director. He has grown Green Sprig Ag into a multifaceted farm business that produces cover crop and forage seed, animal feed, and grain for human consumption. $15/ Future Harvest Members. $30/ Non-Members.
