The Midwest Poultry Federation (MPF) Convention is the largest regional poultry show in the U.S. In 2018, the convention drew more than 3,400 participants from 42 states as well as Washington D.C., 5 Canadian provinces and several other countries.

Last year we celebrated our first year in Minneapolis, and welcomed participants from all segments of the poultry industry – egg layer, broiler, turkey and organic/specialty poultry production. The convention, as always, featured an exceptional Education Program and trade show, along with pre-show events. Our focus is on-farm production for poultry farmers, integrated poultry companies, hatcheries and the like.

The convention also includes the 2nd annual MPF Unhatched: An Evening of Eats & Entertainment networking event that features a 3-course dinner with wine pairings, cash bar, and a private concert by Grammy- and CMA-award winning country artist Jo Dee Messina on Thursday, March 14.
