Take a deep dive into Kansas Corn at the Kansas Corn Symposium which celebrates the accomplishments of Kansas Corn and looks to the future on topics including trade, ethanol and research. The Symposium will be held on Jan. 23 at the K-State Alumni Center in Manhattan.

The KCGA Annual meeting will kick off the day where members have the opportunity to weigh in on policy priorities, vote on the three southern board members for SW, SC and SE districts, and receive other timely policy updates. The Symposium will focus on corn in all forms including our work with U.S. beef exports to Mexico; increasing availability of higher ethanol blends at convenience store locations in Kansas; celebrate Corn Corps Class 2 and Collegiate Academy Class 1 and another set of top-notch collegiate students receiving scholarships. We will cap off the afternoon session by announcing the winners from the first Kansas Corn Yield Contest. A networking social with research partners begins at 5. The Corn Dinner begins at 6 p.m. featuring Andrea Durkin, Trade Vistas, and recognition of award winners.
