Farmer Discussion: Corn, Cover Crops, and Reduced Tillage Systems

A farmer discussion is being held by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Albany County at Tiashoke Farm, 11822 NY-40, Schaghticoke, NY 12154 at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, July 13, 2021. There will be a walking tour of corn fields planted under various cover crop and tillage systems.
Farmers are invited to participate in an organized discussion and share their experiences about the good, the bad, and the ugly of using cover crops and reduced tillage for planting corn.
Please register for this event ($10 per farm) by 5:00 PM, July 12, 2021, but walk-ins are welcome. A headcount is needed to plan for refreshments and printed materials.
