HAMBURG, N.Y. — The “Best 12 Days of Summer” in Western New York State concluded August 21st. The 2022 Erie County Fair was host to a total of 21 shows for both the open class livestock and Youth Livestock Expo for the 12-day run with over $66,000 in premiums and awards distributed. Exhibitors from New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and Virginia took part in the event. In addition to the Open Show, 2022 was the inaugural year for the Youth Livestock Expo (YLE) at the Erie County Fair. The intent of this program was to utilize the facility to its fullest extent, provide the youth another opportunity to show, and encourage youth to participate in additional market projects
