Learn about special soil, watering, and sunlight exposure needs to care for these popular and unusual plants.

What’s Eating my Tree? – Nate Morey, NYS DEC Forester Region 9
It seems our trees are constantly under attack. Learn about some of the common tree pest issues from tar spot to gypsy moths to the emerging spotted lanternfly. Tips will be provided on protecting tree health.
September 25, 10:00 – 11:30 am
Worm Composting – Emere Nieves, Community Garden Trainer
An alternative to traditional composting, worm composting recycles food scraps and other organic material into a nutrient-rich soil amendment.
Cost:
Individual class: $15
Public: 3 classes for $45
Master Gardeners: 3 classes for $40
Class fees are transferable but not refundable.
