UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Agricultural entrepreneurs and producers are invited to learn and enhance leadership skills through Penn State Extension’s “Cultivating Leadership: Creating a Powerful Team” webinar on April 3 from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Participants will learn how to alleviate farm stress and cultivate productive mindset, strategies to provide better mentoring practices with agricultural workers, tips for maintaining a motivated workforce on the farm, information and strategies to enhance cultural competence, and practical skills to promote powerful team performance.
The webinar was originally scheduled as a workshop series. This follows rescheduling of Extension events in response to COVID-19, which has modified organizational operations and program delivery for a period of time.
