LIVERPOOL, N.Y. — On December 13-14, at the Holiday Inn Conference Center in Liverpool, NY, the first Empire State Barley and Malt Summit will convene.
This will be a premier event bringing together leaders in the state’s malting barley value chain from barley growers to malt houses to craft brewers and retailers in order to share technical knowledge and insights on “Ingredients for Success in the New York Malting Barley Value Chain”.  You will not want to miss it.
