AUGUSTA — Join your friends and the MOFGA community for an enjoyable and productive Earth Day!
The Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association (MOFGA) will host an Earth Day Volunteer Work Day and Tree Planting at MOFGA’s Common Ground Education Center in Unity, Maine, on Saturday, April 22, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. All ages and experience levels are welcome.
Volunteers will work on projects to ready the grounds for spring, including gardening, cleaning up after winter storms, and planting trees in the Maine Heritage Orchard.
