Dr. Klett receives Best Teacher Award

Longtime CNGA member receives award from CSU alumni

LAKEWOOD, Colo. — The Colorado State University Alumni Association recognizes outstanding CSU educators each year with Best Teacher Awards. We are pleased to announce that long time CNGA member Dr. James Klett is one of six recipients for 2017. He was nominated by students and alumni and selected by a committee of faculty, students, and members of the Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Dr. Klett cites the Annual and Perennial Demonstration Trial Garden and the new Perennial Demonstration Garden as two of his most significant accomplishments. They have developed into major teaching and research venues for students and the gardening public, and are major tourist attractions during the growing season. Read more.
