ONLINE — Learn the ABC’s of a better crop at the 2023 Tristate Greenhouse IPM Workshops! Session 1 will take place Thursday, January 19th 1:00 – 3:30pm. Session 2 will take place Thursday, January 26th 1:00 – 3:30pm.
This year’s two-part, virtual workshop program on greenhouse and high tunnel IPM is multi-faceted, with presentations on sanitation, diagnosing and managing abiotic issues, new pesticide chemistries and compatibility with biocontrols, scheduling biocontrol releases and much more. Feature speakers include: Juang (JC) Chong, Clemson University, Vijay Choppakatla, BioSafe Systems, Jeremy Webber, Koppert Biological Systems, Brian Krug, Syngenta Flowers, Researchers from the Tri-State Universities, Agriculture Agencies and more. These workshops are for growers with greenhouses or high tunnels, extension specialists and professional pest managers. Growers of all experience levels and from any state are welcome to attend any location. Up to 4 pesticide credits awarded. Preregistration is required.
