Documentary ignites conversation about GMOs

Movie-goers interested in learning about GMOs screen "Food Evolution"

CENTENNIAL, Colo. — This week, movie-goers interested in learning more about GMOs, met at The Dairy Arts Center in Boulder, Colorado to watch a screening of Food Evolution. The movie is a documentary about the science surrounding GMO-based food production and the opportunities the technology provides agriculture industry.

A panel discussion followed the movie screening, where experts in the agriculture and research fields discussed the importance of GMOs to production and to feeding the world. The event was sponsored in part by Colorado Farm Bureau, Boulder County FAIR Farmers, Colorado Corngrowers and others.
