GREENWICH, N.Y. — Cornell Cooperative Extension and the Regional Capital Area Agriculture & Horticulture Program are pleased to present our annual Fall Round Up Grazier Meeting on October 1, 2022, from 9:00 – 11:00am at Easton Station Farms, 284 Easton Station Rd., Greenwich, NY 12834.
Do you raise livestock, including brood mothers? Do you overwinter livestock? Come join Rachel and Aaron from the Capital Area Agriculture & Horticulture Program for our Fall Round Up Grazier Meeting, where we’ll be discussing livestock management for birthing, nutrition and care for mothers and young and options for clean and comfortable birthing areas. We’ll also discuss the pros and cons of spring vs. fall calving and learn about manure management and capturing its value while over-wintering livestock.
