MADISON — Discovery Farms Programs in Wisconsin and Minnesota are excited to announce they will be partnering on a virtual conference series this winter. The theme for the series is Keeping up with your conservation goals through change and challenge. The conference series is open to anyone interested in learning about how agriculture and water quality interact and what steps can be taken, even in challenging and changing times.
Seven, hour long sessions will be offered on Wednesday’s at NOON in December and January. A variety of keynote speakers and farmer panelists will cover topics including but not limited to climate change, groundwater protection rules in Wisconsin and Minnesota, tile drainage, soil health and manure management.
