YANKTON, S.D. — The S.D. Specialty Producers Association (SDSPA) is excited to announce an upcoming workshop for local producers and other small business owners to improve their digital marketing strategies. The in-person workshop will be held in Sturgis, S.D. on Wed., Feb. 9, 2022 from 10 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. MST.
The ‘Online Marketing Bootcamp’ will feature Stacey Sharp & Kandi Cornford of Robert Sharp & Associates out of Rapid City. The class is designed to help business owners better connect with their customers digitally.
The class will cover topics pertaining to establishing a business’s online presence, utilizing different platforms and determining ways to proactively work those platforms. Content will include managing social media, email marketing, creating videos and content and more.
Speakers will address the basics of websites including development tips, website content, and search engine optimization. Additionally, attendees will gain knowledge on managing business reputation and determining where to focus funds based on one’s budget.
This class will offer in-depth Q & A to discuss tool application and go over questions that are pressing to participants’ businesses. Although this class is geared towards specialty crop and agriculture producers, business owners of all types and experiences are welcome to participate.
