GAIL, Texas — The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will conduct the Wildlife Management and Conservation Workshop from 8:30-11:30 a.m., December 12, at the Borden County Event Center at U.S. Highway 180 and Willow Valley Road in Gail.
The workshop is a cooperative programming effort among the AgriLife Extension offices in Borden, Dawson, Garza, Mitchell and Scurry counties, said Cody Hill, AgriLife Extension agent in Borden County.
“This program will offer a good mix of information on several topical wildlife issues in our area,” Hill said. “We’ll also have some top experts presenting the information, so it will be an informative morning and a good time to visit and learn what’s going on in our country.”
Registration is $20 due upon arrival. The fee will include refreshments. For more information, call Hill at 806-756-4336.

- Getting to Know Your Wildlife – a necropsy demonstration conducted by Dr. Ram Singh, Brock Vet Clinic, Lamesa
- Most Common Hunting Violations – Borden County Sheriff’s Department
- Wildlife Damage Control – Tim McDermott, Texas A&M AgriLife Wildlife Services Borden County wildlife damage technician
