Dairyland Festival and Parade

June 2 event includes samples of dairy products, demonstrations, activities

WATERTOWN, N.Y. — Come spend the day with the Jefferson County Dairy Princess Court at the Dulles State Office building on Friday June 2nd to kick off June dairy month! This year’s theme is “Agriculture MOOOVING America.”

The festival will be from 9 am – 2 pm for preschool and elementary age students with samples of dairy products, demonstrations and activities, petting zoo and agricultural technology. Following the festival, a 6 pm performance by Showstoppers Dance Team at the state office building will kick off the evening program.

The Dairyland Parade will begin at 7 pm at Watertown High School and travel down Washington Street ending at the Dulles State Office Building where the Jefferson County Dairy Princess Court will be serving a Giant Ice Cream Sundae to all who attend. This event is free to the public and everyone is welcome.
