Dairy-RP Workshop: video promo, reminder to RSVP

Will be held July 20 at N.C. Cooperative Extension, Iredell County Center

Dairy producers, mark your calendars for July 20th, 10 a.m.-Noon, at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Iredell County Center, for a workshop focused on Dairy-Revenue Protection. Christine Brodeur, Senior Director of DFA Risk Management, our keynote speaker, has provided a brief Dairy-RP intro video and will provide much more in-depth information on July 20th. RALEIGH, N.C. — Dairy producers, mark your calendars for July 20th, 10 a.m.-Noon, at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Iredell County Center, for a workshop focused on Dairy-Revenue Protection. Christine Brodeur, Senior Director of DFA Risk Management, our keynote speaker, has provided a brief Dairy-RP intro video and will provide much more in-depth information on July 20th.

In addition to Dairy-RP information, topics will include economic topics that are affecting markets around the world that influence dairy prices. Lunch will be provided for those who RSVP before Friday, July 15th. Financial support for this workshop is provided by the Association of Farm Credits of North Carolina through NCDPA. According to USDA, there are currently 98 Dairy-RP policies that cover approximately 206,370,000lbs of milk in 6 counties.
