HARRISBURG, Pa. — Pennsylvania dairy producers and their families should plan to join one of three free Dairy Appreciation Dinners being held on Saturday, October 16 from 6-8:30 p.m. Hosted by the Center for Dairy Excellence, the free events will take place on Pennsylvania dairy farms and include an informal meal and conversation to celebrate dairy producers’ essential roles. Attendees will also be able to learn about resources available from several organizations within the dairy industry. The first 100 producers who register for each event will receive a free gift.
“We are excited to come together to celebrate dairy producers’ essential role and the way the entire industry has stepped up this year,” said Jayne Sebright, Executive Director at the Center for Dairy Excellence. “It will be a laidback evening to catch up with your neighbors and enjoy time with your family.
