FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.–Cumberland County Cooperative Extension, the NC Wildlife Resource Commission, and USDA Wildlife Services invite you to attend our free coyote conflict management workshop on Thursday, December 14 at 6:00 p.m. at the Cumberland County Cooperative Extension office, 301 E. Mountain Drive in Fayetteville.
Join us to hear from biologists who will discuss:
- Coyote biology and behavior
- Practical, non-lethal methods to prevent/reduce coyote conflicts
- Laws and regulations on taking of coyotes
- Demonstration of basic trapping techniques to address problem coyotes
- Q&A session with agency biologists
The workshop is free, but pre-registration is required by Monday, December 11.
