ST. BERNARD PARISH, La. — In the aftermath of Hurricane Ida, these St. Bernard Parish workers discovered something unexpected: a cow stuck in a tree.
Louis Pomes and Parish Government employees, Tyler Acosta, David Palmer and Roy Ragan, Sr. quickly got to work to rescue the cow after it was discovered.
