Cornell University to host Annual Floriculture Field Day

ITHACA, N.Y. — Registration is open for Cornell’s annual Floriculture Field Day to be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022!

Enjoy seminars led by industry leaders in the morning. Topics include:

  • Indoor plants
  • Weed control
  • Updates from NYS Ag and Market
  • Lessons from a family-run organic seed farm

Then participate in garden tours in the heart of the Cornell Botanic Gardens, where we will feature our annual flower and foliage trials as well as educational stations.

Our annual beds will feature cultivars from Ameriseed, American Takii, Ball FloraPlant, Ball Ingenuity, Beekenkamp, PanAmerican Seed, Proven Winners, and Selecta.
