WATERTOWN, N.Y. — Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County will be offering a “Commercial Value-Added Dairy Production” intro workshop. This session will cover topics such as: How to get started, Funding opportunities, and Examples of value-added businesses. Barb Williams of CCE Harvest New York, Becca Durant of NY Ag & Markets, and Kelsey O’Shea from the CCE North Country Regional Ag Team will be presenting. The class will take place on Monday, March 11th from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County office located at 203 North Hamilton St. Watertown, NY 13601.
The cost for attending this workshop is $15 per individual, or $20 for two members of the same family; FREE for Veterans/Military Families. Lunch will be included.
