GREELEY, Colo. — The CommonGround video, “Thriving on Trust” — featuring Colorado rancher and CommonGround volunteer Kelsey Pope, along with her mother, Cindy Frasier — recently won the National Agri-Marketing Association’s (NAMA) Social Media-Consumers category for Region II. This video offers an inside perspective on the interdependent relationship that ranchers have with their herd.
CommonGround was founded by the National Corn Growers Association, the United Soybean Board and their state affiliates to start conversations about food between the women who grow it and women who buy it. Women who volunteer for CommonGround share personal experiences, as well as science and research, to help consumers sort through the misinformation surrounding food and farming.
In addition to her role as Colorado Corn’s executive coordinator, Ann Cross serves as CommonGround’s volunteer state coordinator in Colorado.
