IOWA FALLS, Iowa — A continuing education workshop on Seed Treatment for Commercial Pesticide Applicators will be held Wednesday, February 27, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., at the Hardin County ISU Extension Office in Iowa Falls. The workshop is for certified applicators with categories 4 and 10 endorsements. Topics include recognition of sensitive areas as potentially impacted by pesticides, pests, pest management, and pesticides, pesticide labels, and seed treatment equipment.
Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be offered. Interested participants should bring their CCA number to the program.
The registration fee is $35 on or before February 20 and $45 after February 20.
