BRIGHTON, Colo. — The Colorado Horse Council strives through the participation of our members and volunteers. Please let us know if you are interested in any of these three committees. All committee members must be members of the Colorado Horse Council and must reply by Sunday, July 15th, 2018.
Awards Committee
This committee is involved with recognizing individual in the equine community for their contributions to the development of the horse industry and to the Colorado Horse Council. The Council has two awards currently that they present: Horseman of the Year and the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Booth Committee
This committee is responsible for the presentation of the CHC booth at special events and to recruit individuals to be present and represent the organization at events. The committee will work with the CHC staff to define the marketing aspects and design of the booth and the materials that will be handed out during the special event.
Membership Committee
This committee is responsible for the development of membership programs such as recruitment, and retention programs. This committee will be responsible for defining of levels, categories and benefits of membership for the approval by the CHC Board of Directors.
