McKINNEY, Texas — An agriculture expo for Collin County will be held from 7-9 p.m. on Nov. 3 in the show barn at Myers Park and Event Center, 7117 County Road 166 in McKinney.
The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service Ag Expo event is free, but preregistration is required https://tx.ag/CCFallExpo21.
The event offers the entire family an evening of fellowship with other community members to learn about a variety of agricultural topics. There will also be door prizes.
The Ag Expo will feature presentations from AgriLife Extension staff, a market update for agricultural producers, legislative and regulatory updates as well as a trade show
Meet you AgriLife Extension agents
AgriLife Extension agents from 4-H youth development, agriculture and natural resources, the Better Living for Texans program, family and community health, and horticulture will be on hand to share more information about the services they offer in Collin County.
Master volunteer programs represented
Texas Master Gardener, Texas Master Naturalist and Texas Master Wellness representatives will all be part of the Ag Expo. Volunteers from the master programs will be available to provide information about their respective programs.
