CHAZY, N.Y. — The Clinton County Maple School will be held Friday, January 27 from 3:30 to 8:00 at the Miner Institute, Miner Farm Road, Chazy, NY, immediately followed by a member meeting of the NENYSMPA. We will be providing a dinner of lasagna, salad, bread and maple cookies. Cost is $15, pay at the door.

From maple sap to permeate to condensate, the market for ‘maple water’ and other maple-based beverages is growing rapidly. This sesson provides an overview of the functional beverage market and how maple producers may be able to tap in to these new market opportunities.
