CHAZY, N.Y. — The Clinton County Maple School will be held Friday, January 27 from 3:30 to 8:00 at the Miner Institute, Miner Farm Road, Chazy, NY, immediately followed by a member meeting of the NENYSMPA. We will be providing a dinner of lasagna, salad, bread and maple cookies. Cost is $15, pay at the door.

This workshop will give you basic information and an overview of a variety of beneficial tips to help you market and enhance the value of your maple syrup products.

“Overview of the Maple Beverage Market”
From maple sap to permeate to condensate, the market for ‘maple water’ and other maple-based beverages is growing rapidly. This sesson provides an overview of the functional beverage market and how maple producers may be able to tap in to these new market opportunities.

“Research update from the Cornell Maple Program”
This session will include updates on a wide range of topics, including sap collection with 3/16 tubing systems, value added confections, educational materials, and more.
Session 4 7:30-8:00
