MADISON — Keith Reopelle (Director, Dane County Office of Energy and Climate Change) will talk about the recent history of efforts to address climate change at the local, state, regional and national levels. He will discuss where we are today in terms of addressing climate change, how we got here, and what are chances are of reducing greenhouse gas emissions enough to avoid the most catastrophic impacts of climate change.
