SPENCER, Iowa — Daredevil stunts, magic, juggling, an Elton John and Billy Joel tribute show, and roving circus stars are just a few examples of the more than 400 shows and $200,000 in entertainment that will be offered FREE to fairgoers during the 2019 Clay County Fair, September 7-15.
Besides entertain, the Fair’s free attractions and shows will also educate through the Awesome Ag Magic Show, a presentation by Medal of Honor recipient Clint Romesha (sponsored by Commstock), the Clay County Fair Historical Museum, and the 9/11 Never Forget Mobile Exhibit.
“The Fair will always be tied to September 11, 2001 because that horrific attack on our nation occurred while thousands were enjoying a day at the Fair,” said Fair Manager Jeremy Parsons. “We are honored to have the 9/11 Never Forget Mobile Exhibit at the Fair this year.”
