WATERTOWN, N.Y. — Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County will offer a program on Chinese Medicinal Herb Production in New York State.
The program will take place on Thursday, February 16 from 6 to 8 pm at the Cooperative Extension offices in Watertown.
The program will be presented by Jean Giblette, owner of High Falls Gardens- which is dedicated to the restoration of authentic plant medicine to North America. Topics will include an overview of Chinese medicine, herb species, production challenges, and market opportunities in this emerging industry.
The cost is $10 per person and free to veterans and military families. Registration is required. Please call 788-8450 with any questions or to register.
