CENTENNIAL, Colo. — Chad Vorthmann gave a speech last week at the Colorado Bankers Association Annual Summit in Denver. Vorthmann focused on the economic outlook for agriculture, and how producers are faring under low commodity prices.
Vorthmann also went into detail about the importance of trade to the Colorado ag economy, how agriculture has been interfacing with the Trump administration and the need for reforms to financial regulations that will allow the banking industry to continue lending to agriculture in a time of low commodity prices.
