CENTENNIAL, Colo. — In response to the devastating wildfires burning across our state for the past few months, CFB has activated the Foundation’s Disaster Relief Fund.
“Our hearts go out to producers who see their lands go up in flames,” said Don Shawcroft, President of the Colorado Farm Bureau. “We are working to raise funds that may ease the pain of losses suffered because of fires.”
Damages are still being assessed, but CFB suspects that it will be significant, particularly in the south central part of the state where the Spring Fire consumed more than 100,000 acres.
