CCE Orange County partners to offer agritourism risk management series

ORANGE CO., N.Y. — Agritourism, just like any enterprise has inherent risks. Businesses may be held liable for injuries caused to customers on their property. Join Cornell Cooperative Extension of Dutchess and Orange Counties and the National Institute of Food and Agriculture in this first series on agritourism as we discuss the New York State “Safety in Agricultural Tourism Act” and Farm Safety measures that may help protect agritourism businesses from liability.
