MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. — Join Cornell Cooperative Extension Educators and the Orange County Land Trust for a Roundtable Discussion on Flood Mitigation and Resilience in Orange County on Thursday, March 3rd from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. This Roundtable Discussion will take place online via Zoom and is free to participate in.
We will hear from panelists representing the New York State Department of Environment Conservation (DEC), Orange County Soil and Water Conservation District, local farmers, New York Ag & Markets, Hudson River Watershed Council, the Town of Wallkill, and many others as we discuss agriculture and infrastructure in relation to flooding in the county.
