CCE Annual Meeting and Dinner

COBLESKILL, N.Y. — Residents are cordially invited to the Cornell Cooperative Extension Schoharie and Otsego Counties’ Annual Meeting and Dinner on Tuesday, November 28, at Justine’s Restaurant at 399 W. Main St., Cobleskill, NY, 12043. The reception begins at 6:00 p.m. with the dinner to follow at 6:30 p.m. This meeting and dinner offers an opportunity for volunteers, staff, and guests to renew friendships and become acquainted with new staff and volunteers and learn about current Extension programs.

Our guest speaker is Michael Lapi, restaurateur and SUNY Cobleskill Chef Instructor.  His keynote is “Farm to Table and Eating Well–the Foundation of Life.”  Michael’s appreciation and advocacy of local agriculture and his thoughtful approach to seasonal foods has inspired his pursuit in crafting fine dining experiences.
