Cattle genetic, reproductive strategies workshop

Workshop to be held February 8th near Humansville; Pre-register by February 7th

University of Missouri Extension along with United Producers Inc. Sale Barn near Humansville, Mo. are working together to present a cattle genetics and reproductive strategies workshop that will be held on the evening of February 8th. (Screenshot from flyer)

STOCKTON, Mo. — University of Missouri Extension along with United Producers Inc. Sale Barn near Humansville, Mo. are working together to present a cattle genetics and reproductive strategies workshop that will be held on the evening of February 8th. The workshop will be held at United Producers Inc. Sale Barn and will begin at 6:00 p. m. The sale barn is located approximately 4 mile south of Collins, Mo. or approximately 2.5 to 3 miles north of the Highway N (Humansville, Mo.) on MO Highway 13 on the east side of the road.

Patrick Davis, Cedar County MU Extension Regional Livestock Specialist and Andy McCorkill, Dallas County MU Extension Regional Livestock Specialist will lead the workshop. Genetic tools and reproductive technologies that can be used to improve your cattle operation will be topics of discussion.

The workshop is free to the public however; preregistration is required by February 7th. To register or for more information on the workshop please contact the Cedar County MU Extension Center at 417 – 276 – 3313 or Patrick Davis by email at davismp@missouri.edu.
