The annual Buy Fresh Buy Local directory is the #1 option for finding fresh, locally grown foods from farmers in Black Hawk and surrounding counties. Featuring more than 100 local producers, this directory connects communities with the freshest fruits and vegetables available in the area.
Are you a local food producer looking to meet businesses interested in purchasing your products? Are you a restaurant, caterer, grocery store, school or institution looking to buy fresh and buy local? Our annual producer and buyer networking event make these conversations possible and fun to have. Local Food Dinner
Please join the UNI Local Food Program, Cedar Falls Food Co-op, Iowa State University Extension & Outreach, and Western Home at the annual Local Food Dinner for an evening of great food and great conversation! Everyone is welcome but tickets must be purchased by January 22, 2020. The dinner takes place on Wednesday, February 5 from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Diamond Events Center (Jorgensen Plaza) in Cedar Falls.
